Former Wyoming Governor Mike Sullivan announced on Tuesday, October 6, that he is endorsing Democratic nominee Lisa Kinney for the US House.
Lisa, a former state senator, attorney, financial advisor, and accomplished author, is facing Republican Chuck Gray, Libertarian Shawn Johnson, and Constitution Party nominee Jeff Haggit in the November 3rd general election.
Sullivan noted, “I think it’s important that Wyoming have somebody who is dedicated to public service, who works well with people and has proven their leadership like Lisa has…”
Kinney responded, “I always had a great working relationship with Mike and I am honored that he endorsed me.” Lisa’s bipartisan, cooperative approach to problem solving has resulted in endorsements from many of her colleagues on both sides of the political aisle. She believes that her experience and desire to serve the people of Wyoming makes her the right choice to represent them in Washington.
